At the core of Hair Architect is its fully accredited Training Academy. In partnership with HAHA College (Hamshire Apprentice Hairdressing Academy), the academy delivers government-approved apprenticeships for:

• Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing
• Level 3 Diploma in Hairdressing
• Barbering Apprenticeships

Kerry and her team of industry-trained educators guide each apprentice through hands-on learning in a live salon environment. Key highlights of the academy include:

• 100% Pass Rate to Date: Every apprentice trained under Kerry has so far has graduated successfully, with many earning distinctions.
• Small Class Sizes: To ensure personalised attention, cohorts are capped at six apprentices per intake.
• Industry Placements: Apprentices gain real-world experience through placements with local salons and guest workshops led by visiting industry experts.
• Ongoing Mentorship: Even after qualification, Kerry remains a mentor-checking in on career progression, supporting portfolio development, and offering refresher sessions.

The academy’s student lounge and practical training floor mirror a professional salon, giving trainees exposure to real client scenarios from day one.
